The Emerging Leaders program, developed as part of the larger The Primary Care Team Learning from Effective Ambulatory Practice (LEAP) initiative, aimed to accelerate the development of an interdisciplinary and diverse cohort of talented primary care staff involved in delivering team-based primary care.
