Transforming Clinical Practice Initiative (TCPi)

Transforming Clinical Practice Initiative (TCPi) was a CMS-funded nationwide initiative focused on preparing clinicians to be successful in new, value-based compensation models. JSI provided TA to primary care providers and specialists throughout CO as part of TCPi.
